Hello everyone, in today’s episode I talked about the internal struggle of being yourself and going against the grain or doing what your parents wants want to feeling self-conscious. Unfortunately my recording cut off as I was talking. I wasn’t going to upload this however I feel like it’s something in there that’s worth it. The lesson I learned in the outcome was to do you regardless what anyone thinks because someone somewhere else is going through thee exact same thing and you’ll feel more confident being your true self than a carbon copy of the image made for you.

The one mistake I wish I ever made

Hello everyone. On today’s episode we went over the one of the biggest mistakes that contributed to me lowering my self esteem. By thee end of the episode I give tips on how not to make that same mistake.

Why I started this podcast

In this episode I go over the reasons for starting this podcast series. I started to hopefully help someone who was struggling with navigating through the world is a tall girl.. on the next episode we will discuss when I finally realized I was tall and how that lead to me being teased.

Introduction

In this episode we will discuss who I am and what this podcast will consist of moving forward. My name is Ellese I’m 5 ft 11 1/2inches tall. Throughout my childhood, teenage and some of my adult years I had to face a lot of struggles and some strides because of that. In this podcast we will dive into my life growing up the struggles and some thriving moments I had to face. We’ll talk about how I overcame those struggles and insecurities and some ways you may be able to avoid them all together or move forward with more confidence that yourself. I’d love it if you’d ride along with me as we take a deep dive into my life. ❤️
