So today's episode is about triggers and how they are big teachers for us. Triggers often times cause us to act out of character or treat others with blame. Triggers can bring out trauma responses because they are taking us back to a place of pain. Sometimes it's just an energy that's in the atmosphere or coming from a person. However, they need to be met with self-analysis first, and then you can proceed further if need be.
