In this episode of "The Art of Self" podcast, Dr. Lauren Michelle continues the wellness series with Part II, identity within the framework of the New Wellness you, me, and everyone we know needs, Quantum Wellness. She talks about how identity influences our values, beliefs, potential, environment, and behaviors-the part we all try to start with- and how by shifting our identity, we can more easily transform all these aspects of our life for complete change.
