4. Poles, Pleasers, and Revolutions

Honestly, there is something just so challenging yet liberating about just grabbing onto a pole, putting on 7 inch heels, and trying to see what movements your body is capable of. This episode is about revolutions of all kinds. Revolutions around a pole, sexual revolution, and the current financial revolution occurring in a world where the .001% have more wealth than we or even the 1% can possibly imagine. 3. Sometimes, It's tough being a BĀB

TRIGGER WARNING In this episode, we talk about some stuff that happened to us over our lifetime that may be a bit rough to hear. Things that most women and some men as well have experienced like sexual harrassment, assault, and rape. We try to be as open and honest as possible, and all episodes are unscripted...so sometimes things come out that we had no intention of talking about, or we jump down rabbit holes in which we find ourselves spiraling downward. Luckily, we float back up together laughing in the end and reflecting on our resiliency. We also discussed fun things, like expectations, competition, and a few small examples of sexism in our life. A BĀB (sounds like babe), is a boss ass bitch, bad ass bitch, boss ass bro, or whatever "b" adjective you'd like to ascribe to yourself.  Life in the 21st century is sometimes this cacophony of never ending comparisons with others, unfinished to-do lists, and burnt out exhaustion.
