13. What happens when what you think is your future suddenly disappears? Today we are talking about divorce with Linzi Kavanagh, 'dazzle after divorce' coach.

Linzi shares her own experience of what the early days on her own were like, and how she was able to build a new life for her and her children. Linzi now supports other women who find themselves in the same situation, facing divorce and struggling with the emotional rollercoaster it brings. In her own experience she found that although there was practical information about the legal process, and finance, no one had answers about how to get rid of the guilt, or the pain, or the negative self-talk. In this episode we hear how she faced this curveball head on, and with some personal investment, hard work and determination, got to the place she is today.
