How? We're glad you asked. By shutting the f**k up of course, or as Tamar Braxton once described it as "the power of hush". Every response doesn't warrant your response. In order to keep the peace, and maintain your peace, the best way you can achieve that is by not saying anything and moving on. Analyze those moments when you're tested by someone or a situation and conclude if it's really deep enough for you to offer verbal entertainment or not.
