The Barefoot Babes Podcast
On today’s episode, we mull over the concept of being a well as a WHOLE woman, and how nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits are all necessary aspects of pursuing this. We approach this topic largely by looking at our own journeys up to this point and analyzing situations or seasons in which we’ve done well at weaving our whole beings together, as well as times we haven’t done that so well. Wellness is not something that you can fully and finally achieve at a point in time, but rather a continuum that ebbs and flows.
