She spends her "free" time sewing, writing, dancing, or volunteering with the National Women's Liberation, a grassroots feminist organization fighting against white supremacy, male supremacy, and capitalism. Most recently, Emily founded the Happy Belly Project, a body/fat-positive Instagram account focused on the beauty, importance, and acceptance of our bodies with a focus on the belly as the root of that acceptance.
