Anxiety Is Inevitable

I have been having a lot of anxiety lately, which I brought up to my marketing team because they wanted to know where I was emotionally with my podcast and everything going on. One of my marketers said "well anxiety is inevitable" and that is what gave me the idea for this episode! This whole experience is such a journey but not always a fun one, and I explain which roadblocks affect me the most.

I had such an amazing time in Atlanta, and it made me appreciate networking so much. If you let it, it can be such a fun and interactive way to grow your business and grow the roots of your excitement! It can be really scary to put yourself out there about something so vulnerable, but once you get the hang of it I promise you you'll be so excited you started!

This is my experience of the Who What When Where and Whys I went through as a business owner, there's been ups and downs but entrepreneurship is a marathon not a sprint!

My First Time Hiring Out!

In this episode I explain what it had been like hiring out to a social media team to start my marketing, and how emotional it has been! I have loved these past couple of weeks but they have also been scary, don't be scared to take that next step. It's good to make yourself a little uncomfortable sometimes with your business!
