51. Life feat Steven

We back with a more personal episode with AL and Adrianne and their cousin Steven. In this episode they group talks just about life. AL gets personal about how he was in a dark place not too long ago and what made him go a seek professional help and how that helped him. Adrianne gets into how she wants to start doing things more family oriented and how important family is. Then we get to Steven who recently retired from the military and how he didn’t realize how he was setting his family up for the long run. They also get into some stories about times where they thought they wouldn’t have made it through or maybe they shouldn’t have made it through.

I’m this episode AL and Adrianne bring another family member Steven to the show and they talk about Dame’s new contract and what does being loyal really mean in professional sports. They also talk about Syleena Johnson’s comments about the Brittni Griner situation and should NBA players be responsible for the WNBA contracts? Shola is back with us for another episode and in this episode the fellas and Adrianne go back and talk about growing up and what was a luxury growing up and what wasn’t. They also get into what does Shola like and some of his movies and tv show takes.

In this episode AL and Adrianne bring on a new guest who’s never been on the show their cousin shola and they get into is KD worth what Brooklyn is asking and how does this make him look when it’s all said and done. They also talk about his partner in crime in kyrie and what he does for the lakers if he is traded there. Are they championship contenders or not. They get into a lot more but they also end the episode with a song of the week from all 3 of them.

In this episode we get into a would rather segment that spins off into our every day life. Like when was the last time we cried and why did we cry. AL also brings in some questions that brought up some tough memories but also some good memories. And you guys will get a look into our lives growing up and what we been through somewhat. This episode we did have some technical issues we apologize for that but very fun episode.
