How we see the world matters.   If our vision is distorted, then truth can look restrictive, sin can look normal, holiness can look strange, and faithfulness can look foolish. But when Christ renews our sight, we begin to see life differently.   We see our time differently. We see our gifts differently. We see one another differently. We see the world as created by God, broken by sin, redeemed through Christ, and moving toward the day when He makes all things new.

Enough Time Has Been Spent

There comes a point in the Christian life when we have to say, “Enough time has already been spent there.”   Enough time chasing what cannot satisfy. Enough time being shaped by the world’s desires. Enough time letting old patterns define who we are.   In Christ, we have not just been forgiven from the old life. We have been brought into a new one.

Armed With the Mind of Christ
