Hello and welcome beloved community. Here we are together to nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits in this Season of Rest. A sacred pause as we enter the Winter Cave. Winter asks us to slow in ways the world rarely allows. Today’s meditation practice is an invitation to step out of urgency and into shelter—to create a felt sense of safety and containment in the body. In Ayurveda, Winter is Vata season, and grounding is essential for calming the nervous system. Trust in yourself in this practice and listen to what you need. Remember this is a practice and you hold the key to your own inner world. Find a comfortable shape for your body, and invite Mother Earth to hold you.
