#2: The Key to Building Successful Relationships as a Sensitive Person

How wonderful would it be if every person had a sign on their heads telling us whether they are worth pursuing. That is, unfortunately, not the case. Navigating relationships as a highly sensitive person can be especially challenging in a world full of non-HSP's. In this episode I give you some tips and characteristics to look out for in potential friends/partners to help guide you through this tumultuous yet very rewarding journey of building meaningful, fulfilling and loving relationships.

Being a highly sensitive person (HSP) is no walk in the park. Heightened sensitivity to stimuli, a tendency to get overwhelmed, exhaustion from social interactions—these are just some of the daily struggles an HSP goes through. And while it can be a lot to deal with, it can also be a wonderful strength and gift. In this episode we discuss what it means to be an HSP, my personal journey of learning to embrace this quality, and general advice that every HSP can benefit from.
