episode Ep13 - How to handle stage fright cover

Description

Everybody deals with stage fright. Musicians more than most yes, but if you’ve had to express your ideas in front of an audience, you can relate. In this episode I share my personal experience with stage fright and provide practical tips on how to develop as a performer. Stage performance is an art form in itself and as such it can be learned. I’ll end by saying that performing on stage is by far the most beautiful part of an artiste’s career. It’s the entire point of creating art therefore it should be enjoyed to the fullest. Don't forget to share this with an independent musician in your circle. Also, I wanna hear your stage fright stories and how you conquered it, tweet at me @iambarzini_ or @TheDIY_Artiste, enjoy your weekend.

Ep12 - Singles or albums, which is the way to go? feat. Austin Naija

As far as music releases go, what is the best approach in these times, singles or albums? In today’s episode I’m with my special guest Austin, who is a writer and entertainment blogger. We delve into the underlying ideas that shape music releases. What does it mean for an artiste’s legacy when we say they have a well curated discography? What is the perception from the perspective of a fan? All these and more in forty three electric minutes. My guest talks with the experience of an avid follower of the Nigerian music industry. As usual, kindly share this episode with a musician in your corner. You can (and should) reach out to us on social media with any thoughts/ideas you have. It’s @TheDIY_Artiste, enjoy your weekend.
