There’s nothing inherently wrong with those things, but they can be hard to resist. Today, Pastor Vic warns that the same can be true spiritually. Some ideas sound good, inspiring, even religious, yet they pull you away from the truth. So how do you discern what’s real? By keeping your heart and mind anchored in the one true God and in His Word.

Second, we naturally tend to put ourselves first. And the enemy knows how to use both of those tendencies against us. But there is hope. Today, Pastor Vic explains that Christians are meant to reflect Jesus faithfully. Your words, actions, and attitude should point people toward Him. And when they don’t, it’s not just a poor reflection of you—it can distort how others see the One you claim to follow. That’s why representing Christ faithfully matters so much; are you a mirror of Jesus to the world?

If you spent time, effort, and money choosing a meaningful gift for someone you love, you’d be excited to give it to them. But if their response was just a shrug, you’d feel crushed. Today, Pastor Vic compares that kind of indifference to having a casual attitude toward sin. Jesus paid a tremendous price to forgive sin, and treating it lightly dishonors His sacrifice. This message is a reminder to take both sin and grace seriously—and to respond to Christ with gratitude, not apathy.
