REBIRTHING BREATHWORK SOUND JOURNEY

This one is specifically a recording from holding a Breathwork session for someone. I guided my friend to lie down and relax and breath super deep for this hour of rebirth process. The invitation is simple to lie down and breathe, you may be able to hear his breathing, and it’s a good strong pace to follow of you want to, he did a very strong consistent breath nearly the whole way through, a common thing with this technique is that people just fall asleep, so having someone to support you and gently wake you up if u drift off, can be very helpful, and can lead to big breakthroughs.
