A lot of us struggle to find a balance and end up maybe going strongly in one direction. Common themes include; overworking, overeating, over exercising and not having enough time to relax. I discuss how we can start to maintain some balance in our lives by using examples of what I currently do. This is always going to be work in progress but even if you can make little changes it can make that difference you need.
