Standing Firm When the World Demands Compromise: Daniel 3 | EP. 04

The word “compromise” often seems like the best solution when it comes to settling disputes, but it can be the worst choice when it requires you to surrender your morals, values, and standards. In this episode, I talk about how God will back us up when we stand firm in our faith in Him. We often believe or even expect that God should save us from all of our problems. However, not all problems are caused by our faith in God. Many of our struggles are the result of our rejection of Him. Does this mean that God will not help us when we fall? No. He is always there for us, but He does not always manifest Himself in the way we expect. When we are in sin and then repent, God is there to redirect us, forgive us, and heal us. This is not the same scenario as faithfully pursuing God, as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did. They witnessed God stand up for them because they demonstrated unwavering loyalty to Him. If we want to experience God in the same way through protection followed by promotion, we must be unashamed and unwavering in our faith in Him. Faith is not just what you believe; it is what you live for and what you live out. Let us not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds and our hearts. KE
