The Framing Effect
On our ninth episode of The Framing Effect, we welcome Dr. Vernon Smith, the 2002 Nobel Prize Laureate in Economic Sciences. Dubbed the "Father of Experimental Economics," he pioneered the use of experiments to test economic theories in the 1950’s, recent author of Humanonics along with Bart Wilson, and is now a professor at Chapman University. In Today’s episode, we discuss Dr. Smith’s recent work surrounding Adam Smith’s the Theory of Moral Sentiments and touch on some current event news affecting the economy.
