The Frick Squad Show
On this episode I go over my April goals and some of the challenges I've been facing. However, I spend most of this episode going over the book I've been reading called Triggers. I'm only halfway through it but I felt the need to share it immensely. The two exercises/takeaways I like the most are the "Wheel of Change" and phrasing questions to myself with "Did I do my best...".
