We interview our dear friends Lorraine and Malcolm who co-host the awakening circle in Wellington, NZ. Malcolm is a father and a family man, as well a clinical hypnotherapist who at times dives into the mystical. Lorraine helps people with their wellness, working with the body and the spirit, releasing energetic blockages - as well as working in corporate. These two are such great examples of balancing the physical world with spiritual life, and how to integrate that gracefully. The major theme that we cover in this podcast is living your own truth, as opposed to the truth of the guy on YouTube, or the truth is really popular right now - whether that be cacao ceremonies, ayahuasca, yoga, the latest self help guru, or whatever else is publicized in the conscious community. Is there an easier way forward where we don't put so much pressure on ourselves? It's a state of deep listening which recognizes the here and now, without needing it to be something else. From this state great inspiration and progress is possible. What are the ramifications for the manifestation paradigm when we go into the realm of wu wei wu (doing without doing)?
