The Good Grief Podcast
I’ve always been a writer. For as long as I can remember. One of my earliest memories is scribbling on a piece of paper and asking my older sister what it said. Of course, it said nothing, but I’ve always felt a pull to write. When I was eight years old, I was given my first “official” journal. I wrote in it when I remembered and it brought me peace in times of trouble. Journaling has always been an outlet for me and over the years it has looked different. In this episode I share a few different ways that I've journaled throughout my life as well as how journaling has helped me transform my own grief into a force for good in my life.
