This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! Tucked away in the small town of Malvern, Iowa, stands a building with a history as chilling as the activity that now fills its empty halls. Malvern Manor began in the late 1800s as a family-owned hotel, serving travelers from the nearby railroad. But when the age of the automobile took over, the guests stopped coming—and the building’s purpose took a much darker turn. Converted into a convalescent home, it housed patients suffering from addiction, schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses. Reports of neglect, abuse, and inhumane conditions plagued its reputation until it was finally shut down—its doors locked, everything left behind. Today, Malvern Manor is open once again, but not for healing. Paranormal investigators, skeptics, and thrill-seekers now visit to confront whatever still resides there. We talk with owner Josh Heard to explore the haunted legacy of one of Iowa’s most terrifying locations. This is Part Two of our conversation. What if your mind could reach beyond the limits of space and time? In this episode, we talk with author Daniel Bourke about his new book, Telepathic Tales, Precognition and Clairvoyance in Legend, Lyric and Lore—a captivating journey into the world of telepathy, clairvoyance, and other unexplained mental connections. From the misty highlands of Scotland to the sun-baked plains of Peru, Bourke uncovers centuries of real-life accounts that defy logic: sudden visions of a loved one in danger, knowing the location of a lost object without searching, receiving warnings of events before they happen, and even being in two places at once. Drawing on stories from cultures across the globe, he reveals that these experiences aren’t just modern curiosities—they’ve been with us for as long as we’ve told stories. Join us as we dive into the mysterious, fascinating, and sometimes unsettling ways our minds might be more connected than we ever imagined. You can find Daniel's books wherever books are sold. On this episode, we dig into the chilling story of Greenwood Hills Cemetery, a once-peaceful resting place turned stage for unexplainable phenomena. What began as a routine investigation for a group of amateur ghost hunters quickly spiraled into an experience they’d never forget. From shadowy figures to ghostly warnings captured on tape, the group’s encounters grow more dangerous with every visit. But is the cemetery’s restless spirit protecting something, or merely toying with those brave enough to enter its domain? Join us as we unravel the mystery of Greenwood Hills and the unsettling legend of Topper, the gravekeeper who may still be watching.

On this episode, Tony Brueski digs into one of the most haunted places in the United States: Eastern State Penitentiary. Once home to notorious criminals like Al Capone, this Philadelphia prison has seen its share of violence, suffering, and death. But is it also home to something far darker? Visitors, staff, and paranormal investigators alike have reported strange sightings, eerie sounds, and unsettling sensations that can’t be easily explained. Tony delves into the chilling history of the penitentiary, exploring the early days of its construction, the notorious figures who walked its halls, and the inexplicable events that have earned it a place in ghost-hunting lore. From shadowy figures to the eerie coldness of the dungeons, he examines whether Eastern State’s spirits are trapped in its walls—or if the past is still alive, haunting the present.
