The Grounding Room
I wrote this meditation designed for the ADHD mind. When your mind feels busy, scattered, or pulled in a dozen different directions, this short, simple meditation offers a place that you can slow down, reground, release mental clutter and find a sense of calm without forcing concentration. There is no pressure to "clear" your mind or sit perfectly still.
