Note podcast. I was so nervous to deliver this keynote talk at The Next Practice Institute in November 2024!  It was challenging for many reasons: (1) It’s my FIRST ever full-length keynote talk (2) It was one week after the U.S. presidential election, and I was devastated by the outcome.  Feeling crushed made it hard for me to be in a forward-looking mindset.  Instead of giving up hope, though, I chose to speak openly and vulnerably about healing and cyclebreaking leadership–in my life, in my work, and in our nation. (3) I had pulled near all-nighters re-writing parts of my keynote to meet the moment And yet, I did it!  Discussing healing with you and all the Season 1 guests of The H.I.
