Welcome to The Healthy Pelvis Podcast. This is a safe space for people of all genders to learn about pelvic health from two Doctor's of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health Specialists. We focus on all of the mysterious changes that happen during pregnancy and postpartum--and how to heal. We'll talk about leaking after having a baby, healing pain with sex, how to take care of the dreaded hemorrhoid, and how to rehabilitate your core. Most maternal health is focused on the baby, but we are committed to helping birthing people. Tune in for our first episode on July 20th.
