Thomas enters the city of Fortitude to see everything completely destroyed. Rolph, the leader of the Rebels, is there and threatens him. Now Thomas must choose. His level of submission to the High King will be tested to the greatest extreme.

Scene 5: The High King

After bursting out in anger and attacking Elder Sage Philipp, Thomas discovers truth about the High King that changes his entire character.

Scene 4: The Message

When Thomas finally makes up his mind about which route he should take, he reenters the cave. But Elder Sage Phillip brings him back outside, where he reveals truths that Thomas will need to understand the Ways of the Ancients. Instead of things finally going his way, Thomas' world gets completely torn apart by a messenger boy's news.

Scene 3: The Choice

After following the old man's clues and watching the city of Fortitude be completely destroyed, Thomas faces the toughest choice imaginable.

Scene 2: The Unknown Scroll

Although they’re stuck in an underground hatch with enemy knights above them, the sages their way through a secret maze that leads into a small room. But after they gather all the scrolls they managed to take with them, they find a scroll that isn’t supposed to be there.
