Hello! In this episode I drive into the beginning of my story and when it all started. I talk about how depression and anxiety impacted my life when I was a teenager and a little now as an adult. Don't worry we will dive farther into my life in future episodes. I know depression and anxiety affects a lot of people and everyone's situation is different, but just remember you are not alone!
