episode Keep Your Heart Open EP 69 cover

Description

This episode is a gentle invitation to soften, surrender, and trust that life becomes far richer when you stop resisting it and choose to keep your heart open. Most of us are operating from a place where our hearts are closed without even realising it. Maybe it was heartbreak. Rejection. Failure. Grief. Or simply life not unfolding the way you hoped. In this episode, I'm exploring why we instinctively close our hearts to protect ourselves  and why that's the very thing that keeps us from experiencing life fully. Inspired by Michael Singer's teachings in The Untethered Soul and Living Untethered, we explore the concept of samskaras, the trapped emotional energy we carry when we resist fully feeling our experiences. Learning to release these trapped emotions allows us to live with more freedom, peace, and love. Inside this episode, we explore: * Why it's not the moment itself that causes suffering, but our resistance to it * What samskaras are and how they quietly shape your life * How to recognise when old emotional wounds are being triggered * The importance of surrendering to your emotions instead of pushing them away * How keeping your heart open creates space for deeper love, joy, and authentic connection Throughout the episode, I share practical examples, personal stories, and the profound lessons I've taken from Michael Singer's work, including my own experience of realising I had unknowingly closed my heart after heartbreak, and what happened when I finally allowed those trapped emotions to move through me. If you've ever wondered why certain situations trigger you more deeply than they "should," or you've found yourself protecting your heart from being hurt again, this episode is a gentle reminder that healing doesn't come from closing yourself off, it comes from having the courage to keep your heart open. ✨ Episode Notes 📚 Books discussed in this episode: * The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer * Living Untethered by Michael A. episode Troubleshooting Intuition: The Signals You’re Missing EP 68 artwork

Troubleshooting Intuition: The Signals You’re Missing EP 68

Ever felt confused by your intuition? Like you’re trying to listen… but you can’t tell the difference between a genuine intuitive nudge, anxiety, fear, or just a random thought? In this episode, I’m breaking down some of the most common struggles people experience when learning to trust their intuition — and what may actually be happening beneath the surface when intuition feels quiet, confusing, or unclear. Inside, we explore: 1. How to tell the difference between random thoughts, anxiety, and actual intuitive nudges asking you to pay attention 2. What it means when you follow your intuition… but are met with resistance, delays, or things not going to plan. Does resistance mean you’re off path, or are you being redirected 3. Why following your heart can lead to heartbreak, and how repeating relationship patterns may reveal deeper lessons 4. What to do when your intuition feels quiet or harder to access 5. Why you can get clear intuitive nudges for other people but not yourself 6. How fear can disguise itself as intuition Throughout the episode, I share practical examples, mindset shifts, and things to look out for as you build trust with your intuition and learn how it uniquely communicates with you. If you’ve ever doubted yourself, second-guessed your inner voice, or wondered whether you’re truly “getting it right,” this episode is your reminder that intuition is something you build a relationship with over time - gently, consistently, and with curiosity. ✨ If this episode resonated with you, please follow, rate, and share — it really helps get the message out. 📲 Come say hi on Instagram: @intuition_with_tash [https://www.instagram.com/intuition_with_tash/] @the.intuition.podcast [https://www.instagram.com/the.intuition.podcast/]

episode Why Judgement Is the Path to Healing (Yourself and the Feminine) EP 67 artwork

Why Judgement Is the Path to Healing (Yourself and the Feminine) EP 67

This episode was inspired by listening to Oprah’s interview with Kirsten Cabot — the woman caught up in the Coldplay kiss cam moment — and the intense wave of judgement and scrutiny that followed. What stood out most was how much of that judgement came from other women. And when you truly hear her story… it becomes clear that much of that judgement was misplaced. In this episode, I’m exploring how judgement can become apowerful pathway to healing — not just for yourself, but for the feminine collective as a whole. Because often, what we judge in others is pointing us back to something within us that’s ready to be seen, softened, and released. Inside, we explore: * How judgement can act as a mirror for your own healing * The deeper conditioning behind women judging other women * How ancestral patterns still play out today * Moving from judgement into compassion, awareness, and self-responsibility * Healing yourself as a way to help heal the feminine collective If you’ve ever found yourself caught in judgement, this episode is your invitation to pause, reflect, and choose a different path — one that leads back to understanding, compassion, and collective healing. ✨ Episode Notes: Watch Oprah’s interview with Kirsten Cabot on YouTube here. Certainty Over Logic: How to Trust in the Unknown EP 66

Ever felt like nothing is going according to plan… and you can’t see a way forward? Like the unknown is stretching out in front of you, and your mind is running a thousand worst-case scenarios on repeat? In this episode of The Intuition Podcast, I’m exploring the concept of certainty over logic — the kind of deep soul-trust that says “everything is working out for me” even when there’s no proof yet. Because when you look back at the hardest things you’ve lived through, you’ll often realise… it was all aligned. It was all working out in your favour. You just couldn’t see it while you were in it. Inside this episode, we explore: * Why everything is coming from Source, and always for your highest good * How to build trust in the Universe when things feel uncertain * Practical ways to move through challenges without spiralling into “what if” * Reframing difficulty into curiosity — and even finding fun in the unknown * How certainty over logic frees you from ego and fear If you’re in a challenging season right now, this episode is your reminder that you’re not lost — you’re being led. And the more you build certainty, the more life can meet you with magic. ✨ If this episode resonated with you, please follow, rate, and share! episode The Missing Piece When Manifesting Love - EP 65 artwork

The Missing Piece When Manifesting Love - EP 65

Ever felt like you’ve done all the healing… and the thing you want still hasn’t arrived? The journaling. The inner child work. The rage releases. The energy clearing. And yet — you’re still waiting. In this episode, I’m sharing the exact steps that helped me move from “eternally single” to finally calling in what I’d been manifesting for a long time — my person. This episode is about shifting out of the waiting energy and into a place where your life feels full, grounded, and aligned before the manifestation arrives. I walk you through the process that helped me release what was blocking love, rebuild trust with myself, and tune into the feeling I wanted to experience in my future relationship. If you’ve been manifesting something for a long time and wondering what’s missing, this episode offers a pathway forward. Episode Notes: If you’re ready to call in your person in 2026, I’m hosting Burn the List [https://intuition.mindsetovermatter.coach/burn_the_list] - a live workshop where we’ll move through this exact process together and energetically release what’s no longer aligned so you can finally call in the relationship you desire. 👉 Join the workshop here [https://intuition.mindsetovermatter.coach/burn_the_list]
