You hear people talk about employee burnout. Hell, different companies and organizations actually have horribly attended seminars on this topic. In my opinion, I don't think employee burnout is taken seriously enough. Many employees are in the midst of the chaos as we speak, with no way out. How do I know? I've experienced an extreme case myself. In this episode, I highlight my personal experience with workplace burnout. From awareness to signs and symptoms. You Can Not Surrogate Your Purpose

Hey, Family! Ya'll heard me say this plenty of times before but God gives us a choice to follow our purpose in life or not. It's literally a preference. So, when we make that decision to follow the path God has laid out in front of us we open ourselves up to the universe to manifest things that align with our purpose. Sometimes this is the hard part of the process. Sometimes we feel like, maybe we're not cut out for this. Sometimes we'd rather have someone else do it for us.  What I found out is that we can not substitute anyone in our place for our purpose. What's meant for you is for you. The Start of a New Decade

What's going on Family! Happy New Year to everyone!! Ya'll, we made it to 2020! We were able to see an end of a decade but most importantly, the beginning of a new one. At the end of 2019, God's plan had me letting go of toxic things in order for me to be prepared for the new year.  Family, I just dropped a huge bomb in this episode.
