There is so much at state at the polls this year, but we can not allow these harmful and unnecessary amendments to pass with NO context. Vote AGAINST harmful practices that will become permanent law. The last week in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School's new has become quite contentious as video surfaced from a May 15, 2018 budget meeting where it appears that Superintendent Dr. Beverly Emory refused to ask for additional supplement money. The video allows teachers, parents, and community to see an exchange that left most of us saying, "#JUSTASK" Dr. Beverly Emory recorded a video in response to the older video #JUSTASKME.
