It’s the medicine nobody wants to swallow, yet everybody needs.” It’s tough… sometimes. Being honest with ourselves FIRST is the main step. In this season, I’m learning more of what it means to hold myself responsible, whether it be for others and/or myself, especially with my goals and keeping a healthy alignment. D.N.D.

When we hear “D.N.D.”, we refer it to Do Not Disturb. This time, however, it’s a different meaning behind it.
