Building memories

Simple fact. Close your eyes and open it. Your children are all grown up and have left your home! 😮 Would they choose to connect with you or you have to constantly fight to get their attention! I pray that the latter would be our story. That is why it is important to integrate building memories with our kids every day and it doesn't have to be lengthy especially if you are very busy. A hug, walk together, playing games together, doing a chore together, attending their school activities, etc.

Day 14 Faith Affirmation for Kids

After all is said and done, what matters is that how our time here on earth fulfilled God's purpose or not and this is no different for your children. Their experiences, resources, relationships, time, gifts, talents, net worth, network, competencies...EVERYTHING was designed to give God glory. That is purpose. I pray that your children will live with this consciousness! That is true fulfillment. The "made" living according to the "maker's" intent and purpose!

Day 13 Faith Affirmation for Kids

No matter what kind of natural flair, interest, gift or talent we have, it must be honed, developed, tested even or it doesn't do much for anyone. Our children will be outstanding and distinguished for great things in Jesus's name! Amen.

Day 12 Faith Affirmation for Kids

I have heard different interpretations of the parable of talents and I believe everyone of them. What really made the last servant bury his talent? Was it fear, pride, comparison, laziness, etc.? Whatever the reasons were, they hindered his potential greatness, potential impact in the life of people, potential fulfillment of his purpose. May your children make a global impact with their gifts in Jesus's name! A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men. Prov 18:16

Day 11 Faith Affirmation for Kids

Will our children face temptations? Oh yes! They are facing them now and they will face many more temptations in the future. Following after Jesus's response when he was tempted is the perfect remedy for overcoming temptations. Living and breathing the word of God. Even at the highest height of vulnerability, we can still overcome! I pray that your children will take advantage of the power in the word of God to overcome the temptations they will face in their everyday lives.
