9. Nurturing through Repetition

Just as the Earth  was not created  all in one day, our life and personal growth is created day by day. Little by little. Over and over again. Nature shows us this in the life cycle of a seed: The seed fulfills its creation only after it has been consistently nurtured and cared for.  In this lesson we'll shine a light on the role of nurturing what we hope to create and give some encouragement and compassion for the inevitable stage we all go through when we think that nothing is happening from our efforts.

7. The Obstacle is the Way

Progress is not a straight line. It's up and down and side to side, and most people give up because they don't account for the obstacle.  The obstacle is unavoidable. It doesn't go away just because you have a new vision for the future. But if you don't have a plan to account for it, you will never overcome it.

6. Working with Opposition

Life doesn't play out without opposition.  If you're really going to create something amazing, it has to be rubbed up against reality. Reality has obstacles. Reality includes all the wounded parts inside you who believe differently than your new vision for yourself and your life. Most of us live our life in a world of duality. We will define duality as polarity or opposites. Opposites can feel like opposition when something is opposing you or your efforts to create something new. In the world of duality we can judge opposites or opposition as bad. But let us look closer at the nature of opposites and learn how to work with opposition rather than against it.

5. Physical Creation

Physical creation is what our culture normally focuses on. It's the work. It's the action side of the coin. It is the masculine energy of strategy and structure. But if you don't have the spiritual creation, then this part is so much harder.  This is why too many of us have given up on our action goals before we achieved them.
