He expressed dissatisfaction with the transactional nature of his previous work and the limited scalability of his investments. Brandon then discovered mobile home parks, which he found more appealing due to their potential for larger deals and better scalability. He decided to focus on this new area, shutting down his previous business and selling all his properties in 2020.
