Hello and Welcome,  In this first topic episode, I talked about noticing your own accomplishments. For me, it's hard when not receiving validation and I think many people can agree. This episode is to uplift people to notice that you can give yourself your own validation and just realize what makes you feel good. I discuss my own struggles with validation and I hope it gives you a sense of ease, just knowing that someone can relate to how you feel.
