We're going to continue our conversation on intermittent fasting and with our interview with Ori Hofmerkler. Ori is the guys who brought Intermittent fasting to the masses in the early 2000s and has since been a pillar within the community of health and wellness, you can’t talk about Intermittent Fasting without mentioning Ori. Ori, is 67 years old and is still going strong today. He spent some of his earlier days in the Israeli military which is what sparked his interests in survival sciences, yes that’s a thing before he went back to school to study Human science.  His most famous book The Warrior Diet which is based on survival science was the first introduction to intermittent fasting and proposes a really radical dietary approach that challenges most commonly accepted ideas about health, diet, and fitness. His most recent book The 7 principles of stress where he shows you just how stress affects our biology and when stress can be a good thing when used and triggered in the correct context. I won't say too much but this was a great conversation and clears ups a lot of myths around Intermittent Fasting and its effectiveness.  Sponsored by Roman:  www.getroman.com/LYLE
