episode A Millennial Mistake; From One Millennial Mom to Another cover

Description

Hey Loves! Today I'm speaking to my fellow millennials who have cut communication with their biological families to protect the kids. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant to publish this episode because it may ruffle some feathers. However, the message I bear was so convicting, I had to go ahead and press play.  I know many of the gurus are telling you to rid yourself of anybody you like, but avoidance is a trauma response and not a healing technique. "What if it backfires?" is the question I'm posing.  As always, let me know what you think by reaching out on Instagram @mendedrelationships
