Let go of the past, acknowledge your thoughts and push aside negative ones, create a positive environment around you, set goals and follow your dreams, practice gratitude daily.

Someone ask Thomas Edison, “how does it feel to have so many failures?” Light bulb, phonograph

and motion picture camera. Thomas Edison answered,” I did not fail, I just found 10,000 ways that did not work. He saw the positive and not the negative after trying 10,000 times. Could we. have that kind of attitude after something not working that many times? Just a thought for today.

What would it look like to stay in a state of Gratitude?

It’s a guaranteed way to get out of your head. We all know that we should stay in a state of gratitude but do we really practice it ? Feeling grateful can really combat any stress that life throws at us.

Life isn’t fair but it’s still good. When in doubt; just take the next small step.

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t take yourself so seriously, no one else does. Pay off your credit cards every month. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

I lot of people took their dreams with them. Please go after your dreams while you still have life. Here are somethings they regretted: I never pursued my dreams and aspirations. I worked too much and never made time for family. I should have made more time for my friends. I should have said, I love you more.
