How to deal with transitional seasons

⁣Has anyone else felt like this season has been full of nonstop transitions? I've been experiencing significant changes back to back in my personal life, and they have not all been fun. Transitions challenge us because they require us to break out of our everyday routines and adjust to accommodate the change.⠀And though I know what to to do when transitions show up at my front door, let's say it's easier said than done. By nature, I love and thrive off of routine and schedules, but as I've come to accept as well as I'm sure you have, God has set up small and significant changes along this journey called life. We all go through tough seasons of suffering. Seasons we didn't sign up for, and we definitely didn't see coming. We all go through seasons that attempt to knock the wind out of our sails. Sometimes we are so focused on the giants in life that we miss out on Jesus power during our trials and situations. Sometimes we focus so much on the storm that we fail to realize that Jesus is right next to our boat waiting for us to invite him in. God doesn't want us to wait to experience joy and his presence after the suffering has past but wants us to live in the midst of.  God uses these seasons to refine us and introduce us to a version of ourselves, we didn't know existed. I have always been super transparent with you guys about mental health but felt the Lord calling me to be raw and vulnerable in a whole new way. One that requires me entirely removing the veil to offer hope and encouragement to my brothers and sisters in Christ.
