This is the last episode of the podcast for Season 2!!! What?! When?! How?! We can't believe it's over, but it's been a great ride with you all! Thank you so much to everyone who has shown us love over the last few months and have tuned in to our crazy, chaotic world. BEYONCE + A BIRTHDAY

Go, Smo!!! It's my birthday!!! It's my birthday!!! ....on Wednesday, lol. Aside from that, we're excited to share our Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé review. We were so impressed and couldn't wait to share our thoughts. If you haven't seen it, take the time to go be renewed. Whether you're a fan or not, this film is super inspiring and will be a think piece (at least for us) for some time to come.

We had such a great time recording this podcast on IG LIVE with you! Inspired by @brick_citi_buddha aka Dox Diggla, we decided to hop into a conversation about being aware of your partner's mental status, their needs, what they need vs. what you want, and who you want them to be vs. who they actually are.
