Megan Pepin is an East Coast native who started working in ministry as a missionary for FOCUS - the Fellowship of Catholic University Students - and know she has become the Director of Young Adult Ministry for the Archdiocese of Seattle. She has been a blessing to work with always staying connected to ministry happening in parishes and assisting us parish ministers any way that she can. It was a blast having her as a guest on the show and I hope you enjoy the episode!

Managing In Ministry: Josh Kay's 5 Pillars of a Professional Minister

I'm back! I've been on a break posting episodes for this podcast because I was moving across the country (again!). I've officially moved back to the East Coast from Vancouver, Washington to Syracuse, NY! I'm excited for this episode to kick things back up for this series of episodes about managing in ministry! My friend Josh Kay [https://www.instagram.com/jk_joshkay/] has been a parish's director of youth ministry for 5 years and has some incredible advice for effective leadership in ministry! In this episode, I hope you find some values in the 5 Pillars of a Professional Minister that Josh shares with me. Hope you enjoy this episode, and thank you so much for listening! Managing in Ministry: Christina Longo's Journey from Corporate America to Ministry Manager

In today's episode, I sit down and chat with my lovely wife, Christina Longo [https://www.instagram.com/christinalongophotography/], about her journey working in corporate America and how she ultimately ended up work in ministry herself as the Director of Communication & Development for the Catholic Apostolate "Real Life Catholic" [https://reallifecatholic.com/] with Chris Stefanick [https://www.instagram.com/chris.stefanick/]. For our series of episodes diving into "Managing in Ministry", Christina shares some great insights bringing professionalism into our ministry workplaces, learning from others outside of the ministry world to better know how to inspire our communities to live for Christ, and so much more! If it wasn't for this incredibly amazing women in my life, I don't know how I would manage in ministry, so I hope that in this little podcast episode you can take away at least a little bit of all the amazing things she has taught me over the years of our relationship together. Thanks so much for listening to this episode of the show!
