Boundaries. It's a hot topic right now and a buzz word for self-help and "good" mental health. But what does it really take to have "healthy" boundaries in your life? Have you ever wondered how your therapist identifies your needs from the one or two sentences you gave them about that pair of shoes your mom didn't let you buy when you were ten? Well I am joined by one of my close friends and professional colleague Mikel Gojcaj (AKA The KING of Boundaries). He has been helping clients create strong, sustainable and healthy boundaries for years and is here to share his wisdom and magical framework on boundaries with you all.
