CPS for Parents Part 3: Solving Problems with Plan B

Wintonbury Early Childhood Magnet School along with our school district has begun an initiative to implement the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) Model, created by Dr. Ross Greene, to address social-emotional challenges.  In Part 3 of this series, Wintonbury School Social Worker Kathleen Johndrow focuses on how to use Plan B conversations to solve your child's unsolved problems.  Plan B conversations focus on collaborating with your child to find realistic, mutually satisfactory solutions.
