While it is not specifically about eating disorders or hypothalamic amenorrhea, it speaks to the heart of many of the struggles I faced in recovery and continue to work through today. Your Period Recovery Playlist

This week, I thought we would do something different! During my period recovery journey, there were days that no words could express the pain I was experiencing. I felt alone and misunderstood. Music became my refuge as I drove, journaled, and stress-cleaned the house. Many times, these songs would remind me of the truth of Scripture when the Bible felt like distant words on a page.
