Pete rants about his strikeouts while Matt preaches patience because the Mets need his spark. Episode 15 - The Outage

Pete and Faz record an episode for the holiday weekend while the Mets/Yanks game was rained out. The discussion starts with the new rules allowing college athletes to finally be compensated, ending the NCAA's archaic hold over the broken system.  Finally, they discuss the behavior of Trevor Bauer (@BauerOutage), who finds himself on "administration leave" while the MLB investigates some pretty disturbing allegations of allegedly choking out and beating up a woman he had sexual encounters with.

Episode 14 - The Injured

As Pete & Faz are discussing the Mets injury situation and potential options, another injury broke on their watch. Marcus Stroman was pulled from his start as they were recording the episode. That led the show to take a detour and focus entirely on this breaking news situation and how the Mets will adapt as they try to hold on to their first place standing in the NL East. One of the most memorable Pete & Faz episodes to date.

Right after his latest dominant outing at a rocking Citi Field, Pete and Faz attempt to sum Jacob deGrom's greatness and where his pitching performance stacks up historically. They also discuss how the Mets are holding down first place despite a nonstop wave of injuries and underperforming stars. Later, they address the drama surrounding Sticky Tack and how Gerrit Cole & Pete Alonso's comments sparked even more controversy.
