IT'S OKAY TO BE MESSY | my healing journey, dating and the mistakes I made along the way

EPISODE THREE! Oversharing o clock!!!! Now this is a PROPER girl chat 🤣 In this episode we start to get into the nitty gritty of dating, and I talk about my initial experience of dating for the first time after a long term relationship. I go into the mistakes I made and I talk about how it’s OKAY TO BE MESSY. Heartbreak is messy, healing is messy, and it’s okay to make mistakes and f**k up along the way (as long as we learn from them!!!). I go into how I actually couldn’t bare to be alone and how that fear got me stuck in situationships that weren’t right for me, and in turn ended up hurting someone I really cared about.  I also speak about the absolute bare minimum I was receiving from these ‘men’. I did NOT have a good experience dating! The important lesson here though is that we're NOT perfect, and making mistakes is part of life, and when you're in the trenches of heartbreak it's hard to see clearly or rational at all. But, what's important is how we come back from it- and trust me, you will. Feel the feelings, be a sad bi*ch for a while... but know when enough is enough and trust that the comeback will be AMAZING.
