Welcome to our show! We will spend a few minutes each week talking about the real estate market in Big Bear Lake, California. We'll look at trends, forecasts, changes in our area; we'll preview some of our new listings, and we'll try to help you better understand our market. We're a bit different from down the hill as we're a resort community, but that being said, we'll tie in our area with what's occuring off the hill. Each week we'll focus on some great listings, we'll look at one or two topics important to buyers and sellers in our area, we'll look at the numbers - what's sold, what's entered the market, and we'll give you an overview of real estate in Big Bear Lake.
