WHAT A STUD! Seng and I became good friends back in late 2018 when I did work for a studio he was at. What started as a simple video project blossomed into a nearly 2 year friendship. Seng hasn't been tattooing long and has already made a name for himself. Currently employed at Eye Candy Tattoo, Seng has officially given ME two tattoos and I LOVE THEM.
