Let's Talk about NASA, Disney & Caltech | Kevin J Hussey

Kevin Hussey is the founding Manager of JPL’s Visualization Technology Applications and Development Group. He has spent the majority of his 45-year career pioneering innovative tools and techniques to graphically represent virtually every type of data and abstract information used by NASA and Walt Disney Feature Animation. Currently, his focus is on assisting Caltech/KACST’s Earth scientists in visualizing their research results. The FBI, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, National Archives, and the Department of Defense have all consulted Kevin, who has managed teams of software developers, engineers, and artists to visualize everything from scanning electron microscopy and radio galaxies to earthquakes and Disney cartoon characters.
